This is no longer an issue as I have changed the site layout and removed all scrollable areas. Leaving the post for historical purposes. I have finally procured one reason why Apple holds an advantage over Android. For the past three years, Android has been unable to display a scrolling section of a website properly. For three years this issue has remained a moderate issue on the priority scale. Many websites that currently use scrolling areas to display information who have not taken into consideration this issue will unfortunately be unable to display all desired content. I have taken this issue into consideration and implemented a solution (I am not fixing the issue, I am merely diverting it). If you are on Android, my programming will detect so, and you will be presented a page that lacks the scrolling area, giving you access to all the page's content.
